Brad J. Austin
Brad is responsible for driving Harmon’s strategy and growth initiatives as well as building the organizational talent needed to insure Harmon’s long-term success. In 1978, Brad started his career with Viracon, another subsidiary of Harmon’s parent company, Apogee, and helped to establish them as a leader in glass fabrication. He transitioned to Harmon in 2010 as President.
Brad has two grown children. He enjoys numerous outdoors activities, with golfing, biking and skiing at the top of the list. Brad is involved in several philanthropic organizations, including the Autism Society of America, United Way, the Owatonna Foundation (Trustee Emeritus) and his church.
