Jon Liesmaki

Jon is responsible for deploying Harmon’s Corporate Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Management System to all Harmon project sites and manufacturing locations.  Jon has almost 20 years of experience in the EHS field and leads regional safety managers to ensure that all Harmon workers go home safely at the end of the day.  Jon joined Harmon in 2018 and is part of the Executive Leadership team aligning the annual EHS Management Plan along with the company’s strategic plan.

Jon and his wife have 3 children who are active in a number of sports such as hockey, golf, baseball, lacrosse, and volleyball. Jon grew up in northern Minnesota and enjoyed playing hockey through the college ranks. He has passed that love of hockey onto his boys and enjoys coaching them each winter.
