Harmon achieves record year in safety performance

Harmon is proud to have made tremendous advancements in safety over the years to ensure that our employees go home safely each and every day. It is the commitment of our employees in upholding this high standard that is at the core of our success. We have built a world-class safety program, setting records in our industry, and earning recognition across geographies. To put this in context, as of calendar year-end, our Accident Incident Rate was 1.08, far lower than the three-year industry average of 3.4!

To continue building upon this momentum and to kick off 2024, Harmon asked each of its employees to join in a segment-wide recommitment to its Safety Pledge. In January, we organized a national relaunch and signature event for Safety Pledges across every location. Our president Troy Johnson joined Apogee’s CEO Ty Silberhorn in bringing employees together to continue reinforcing a strong safety culture.

Harmon is proud to be recognized as a Top Finisher in the 2024 CREST Awards by FCA International, positioning us as one of the safest contractors in construction. Across every level of our organization, we foster a strong culture of safety excellence and thank our employees for making it possible.

Construction Career Collaborative – Craft Training Champion

Harmon also received the Champion Level Craft Training Endorsement from Construction Career Collaborative (C3) and its Board of Directors. Launched in 2018, the endorsement program is a rigorous standard that measures a company’s craft training program against a training framework.
