Harmon Celebrates National Intern Day

July 27 marked National Intern Day, and with our summer program wrapping up, we wanted to celebrate their contributions! This year we welcomed eight interns across our locations and functional areas. Since 2012, we have had 69 interns come through the program, 20 of whom have accepted full time positions with Harmon.

Harmon’s internship program provides hands-on learning, exposure to project management, development of business acumen, and fun along the way! The interns also get together on a monthly basis to learn about the other departments at Harmon, increasing their understanding of business operations and the various opportunities and services that Harmon provides. New this year, the interns attended an enterprise-wide presentation to learn about Apogee and what each segment does to Create Peak Value.

We are deeply appreciative of the time and resources our OUs invest in ensuring our interns have a rewarding and valuable experience throughout the summer. We wish the 2023 interns all the best as they finish school and pursue new opportunities. Thanks for being a part of our Harmon story.
