Maggie Kirchoff

Vice President - Finance

As vice president of finance, Maggie is responsible for the company’s overall financial health. She leverages her extensive knowledge to oversee Harmon’s accounting, finance and analyst activities. Maggie has been with Harmon’s parent company, Apogee, since 2015. She transitioned to Harmon in 2021. Maggie is a member of the executive leadership team that drives the company’s strategic focus and direction.

Maggie and her husband have two children. Maggie spends many of her evenings and weekends driving them and their friends around or attending their activities, including baseball, softball, basketball and football. Outside of spending time with her family, Maggie enjoys cooking, reading, her Peloton, trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities, traveling and being active outdoors. Maggie is also the Chair of Philanthropy for the PTO at her children’s school and volunteers with some of her other local community and church organizations.
