Beth Dienst

As Vice President of Human Resources, Beth is responsible for aligning Harmon’s people initiatives with its business strategies and building the organizational talent. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, she leads the human resources team, learning & development, payroll and HR systems groups at Harmon. Beth has been with Harmon’s parent company, Apogee, and its subsidiaries for over 20 years. She transitioned to Harmon in 2014. Beth is a member of the executive leadership team that drives the company’s strategic focus and direction.

Beth and her husband have two children. They enjoy spending time together, especially on family vacations and road trips. Beth currently serves on the Bethlehem Academy Board of Directors.  She previously served on the Allina Health District One Hospital Board of Directors for nine years, including three years as Board Chair.  She is also active in her children’s schools, her church, as well as other non-profit organizations.  Beth was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a “Women in Business” Honoree in 2017.
