Mersea Kidan

As Director, Continuous Improvement, Mersea is responsible for the implementation of the Apogee Management System (AMS) at Harmon. He brings over 18 years of experience as a strategic operational leader across manufacturing and service organizations and has extensive experience in the application of lean and six sigma methodologies. He joined Harmon in 2022.

Mersea lives with his wife and three daughters in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Outside of work, Mersea enjoys reading, writing, and teaching Operations Management at Metro State University where he is also pursuing a  Doctorate of Business Administration.
