Featuring a dramatic visual facade, 50 Fifty is a 12-story, 187,000 square foot office building in the heart of the North Denver Tech Center. Harmon designed, manufactured, and installed 127,000 square feet of its high-performance, unitized curtain wall featuring vertical mullion accents with integral LED lighting. The scope also included glazed-in metal panels and natural stone as well as a structural glass wall at the main entrance.
